Over the past 20 years in Indonesia, I have primarily managed projects in the tourism sector, including villas and hotels. Although my experience with industrial projects is more limited, I am eager to bring my expertise to your project. After our recent conversation, I took the initiative to research your company and project in Bali, familiarizing myself with the development area, partners, and construction details.
I have a solid track record of successfully completing projects in Bali, such as a hotel in Sumbawa and, more recently, a resort and villas for Invest-Islands, a developer from Hong Kong. Due to project completion, I concluded my work with them a few months ago. My resume provides further details of my career, including my role in designing a resort for Melia, which received a prestigious award from a Singapore magazine for the best hospitality project in Asia in 2020. Unfortunately, the construction of the resort's villas could not be completed due to limited interest in the condotel units.
In my previous role, I managed a diverse team, including an architect specializing in 3D and renderings, an architect focused on CAD and MEP, a civil engineer, and an administrator, along with several on-site employees such as a bulldozer driver and site manager.
I wanted to reach out to inquire about the current stage of your construction process. If you haven't yet finalized a contract with a construction company, I would like to recommend PT Tunas Jaya Sanur.

Currently, I do not have sufficient technical information to conduct a comprehensive analysis. For your reference, I typically work with MS Project, which offers extensive project details and is compatible with Excel. This allows me to export tables and graphs that can be beneficial for everyone involved.

Pantai Nyanyi
I am quite familiar with the Pantai Nyanyi area, having lived in Greenlot Residences for a few months in 2018 after completing a hotel project in Sumbawa. During that time, I spent around three months on holiday in the area before joining PT Adhi Graha Jaya Link, a construction company in Sanur.
I also know the school well. At that time, there was a prominent advertisement for a Thai cuisine course near the main road.
Structure drawing
After reviewing your structural drawings for the tender from Catur Mitra Utama, I noticed that your design utilizes steel. I agree with this choice, as steel is a highly sustainable option due to its recyclability. Minimizing the use of concrete is advantageous for both environmental and structural reasons.
Regarding other aspects of the project, such as the interior design and additional buildings, I do not have sufficient information at this time.
I would like to mention that I have experience with several buildings that have similar characteristics to your project.
Terminal C Barelona Airport
As an Assistant Project Manager, I managed the construction of a building similar to the plans from Catur Mitra Utama. It was a challenging project, primarily because we had to complete it within an 8-month timeframe, necessitating three shifts and round-the-clock work.
The project was designed by the renowned Spanish architect Ricardo Bofill, which added a layer of prestige and complexity to the undertaking.
Office Invest-Islands Kuta Lombok
In 2020, I oversaw the construction of my company's office in Kuta Lombok. The office was built in an industrial style, featuring a steel structure, polished cement, and expose brick walls.
I personally created the 3D design using SketchUp and prepared the CAD plans for IMB purposes and construction. Additionally, I managed the construction as the Site Manager, coordinating with various construction companies. The roof was constructed using sandwich panels.
