These 8 years as a Project Manager in Barcelona, 5 years (from 2014) in Bali and the last 2 years as Project Manager in Mandalika Lombok, have made me developed the aptitude and attitude as a passionate professional.

THE ROLE OF A PROJECT MANAGER
Construction Project Managers shoulder the responsibility of keeping the project moving according to plan. The goal is to manage the project so that it finishes on schedule, quality and within budget, while still meeting building codes, plans, and specs. A construction project manager may also be charged with setting the parameters, finances, and calendar; vetting and hiring subcontractors and on-site workers; developing a strategy for potential conflict resolution... and more.
The common responsibilities of a construction manager fall into these seven categories:
Project management planning
Construction management professional practices (manage the team working on the project, define each person’s role and responsibilities, etc.)
As a professional in construction, I’ve had the opportunity to hold a variety of roles in many different companies and countries throughout the years.

Design a resort and build the Mock-up villa in Lombok.
-Manage a team of engineers, architects, etc. to determine the specifications of the project
-Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
-Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
-Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
-Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
-Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
-Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities
-Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics, etc. and give them guidance when needed
-Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
-Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues

Construction Project Manager, Barcelona
With an educational background as Master in Management Construction and in industrial engineering from Barcelona, I have more than eight years of experience in the field of construction. I possess the capabilities of overseeing the implementation of construction projects (Project Manager) that include building an airport terminal, residential buildings and industrial complexes in Barcelona. Since my arrival in Bali, I have served as a building consultant on hotel and villa projects. An organized and responsible professional, I am also a strong team player who collaborates effectively with others.

a) evaluating the accuracy of construction proposals from competing suppliers.
b) ensuring compatibility between the quotations and the construction plans.
This process involves checking measurements and comparing bids of competing companies.
Achievements: Due to my work, my company was able to win bids for large-scale construction projects of municipal authorities and established clients.
