             About me


       Educational background as Master in Management Construction in Barcelona and Project Management Institute, organized and responsible professional, I am also a strong player who collaborates effectively with others with a sense of motivation and passion that drive me forward. Whether it’s exploring unique opportunities, learning additional skills, or meeting new people, I bring these values to every experience throughout my life on a personal and professional level.

        These 8 years as a Project Manager in Barcelona, 5 years (from 2014) in Bali and the last 2 years as Project Manager in Mandalika Lombok, have made me developed the aptitude and attitude as a passionate professional.

       Construction Project Managers shoulder the responsibility of keeping the project moving according to plan. The goal is to manage the project so that it finishes on schedule, quality and within budget, while still meeting building codes, plans, and specs. A construction project manager may also be charged with setting the parameters, finances, and calendar; vetting and hiring subcontractors and on-site workers; developing a strategy for potential conflict resolution... and more.

The common responsibilities of a construction manager fall into these seven categories:

  • Time management

  • Quality management

  • Contract administration

  • Safety management

  • Construction management professional practices (manage the team working on the project, define each person’s role and responsibilities, etc.)

Senior Project Manager for Resort in Lombok

Design a resort and build the Mock-up villa in Lombok.

Main responsibilities:
-Manage a team of engineers, architects, etc. to determine the specifications of the project
-Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
-Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
-Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
-Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
-Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
-Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities
-Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics, etc. and give them guidance when needed
-Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
-Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues

Construction Project Manager, Barcelona


      With an educational background as Master in Management Construction and in industrial engineering from Barcelona, I have more than eight years of experience in the field of construction. I possess the capabilities of overseeing the implementation of construction projects (Project Manager) that include building an airport terminal, residential buildings and industrial complexes in Barcelona. Since my arrival in Bali, I have served as a building consultant on hotel and villa projects. An organized and responsible professional, I am also a strong team player who collaborates effectively with others.

  • Coordinate compliance with the Project Construction Execution Plan requirements as work execution, cost, schedule, safety, quality…  in the daily, weekly planning process

  • Manage, mentors and supervises on-site all superintendents and contractors; monitors their activities and provides leadership

  • Payments after verify work execution, payment of suppliers and compliance Project Construction Plan cost

  • Customize and modify architectural plans in real-life execution.


       Achievements: I ensured that all the projects were completed as designed, on time, within the budget, and in accordance with the project specifications. Just as importantly, the clients and collaborating professionals were also satisfied with the project process and outcomes.




Assistant Project Manager. GRANLAND, Badalona    Aug-2006/Jul-2007


  • Liaise between the real estate construction and construction divisions of the company in the execution of construction project.

  • Formulate the initial budget, work plan, and timeline based on architectural plans.

  • Research and evaluate potential suppliers for the project.

  • Prepare detailed monthly reports to keep track of every aspect of the construction process to ensure quality and cost control.

  • Oversee the work environment to ensure the quality and safety of the work environment and work processes.


​​       Achievements: In my role as a “bridge” between the real estate construction and construction divisions of the company, I was effective in my communication with diverse representatives in order to ensure the smooth and harmonious execution of large-scale construction projects.

        To determine the final cost of construction plans and documents by;

a) evaluating the accuracy of construction proposals from competing suppliers. 

b) ensuring compatibility between the quotations and the construction plans.

This process involves checking measurements and comparing bids of competing companies.

        Achievements: Due to my work, my company was able to win bids for large-scale construction projects of municipal authorities and established clients.
